Hear Ye! Hear Ye! The Holy Mackerel will be closed on Sunday May 23rd for a Celebratory Party! In honor of being voted the The City Pages: Best Of the Twin Cities Tattoo and Piercing Studio we will be hosting a barbecue for all of the people who made this possible...YOU! We would love if you would all join us at the Studio between 2pm-6pm to help us celebrate. We will provide the food and refreshments, you provide the fun and entertainment. The Times They are a Changin'
We know we haven't blogged in awhile and please forgive us our absence, but that's all about to change. Coming soon there will be a whole new blog section of the website that will help you keep up on the latest events, promotions, and Studio news. Tis International Talk Like a Pirate Day at Th' Holy Mackerel.
In observance o' our favorite holiday, th' crew here at Th' Holy Mackerel be celebratin' by dressin' up in our finest shipmate gear, donnin' our eyepatches an' wench outfits an' hostin' an over th' top event fer all ye landlubbers. Saturday, Septembree 19th we be doin' all basic Piercings fer $15 plus jewelry an' will be havin' custom seafarin' hearty themed Tattoos startin' at $30!
Now...we expect ye t' show up in yer pirate and bucaneer finery an' observe th' pirate code, ere else be forced t' walk th' plank! We will also be havin' Frank Bank slingin' hotdogs, on accoun' o' we know ye scurvy dogs get hungry, an' be doin' raffles an' prizes fer th' best buccaneer speak an' gear. This be a walk-in only event, sorry nay appointments. First come first serve. Doors will open directly at high tide (noon fer ye land lubbers) an' we will work our tails off t' try an' get all you sea dogs an' land lubbers taken care of. "Gor-Geous -- Icons of Horror" @ The Holy Mackerel Tattoo & Piercing
The Holy Mackerel Tattooing & Piercing is proud host "Gor-Geous -- Icons of Horror" show starting October 2, 2009. The show features the works of local artists, Pete Hansen, Ryan Goetteman & Jay Hansen inspired by favorite and obscure characters of new and old.
